We believe in a purpose-driven paradigm at Trail Standard Off-Road (TSO) and we like to push our trucks hard. Just like you, we want to be certain our armor can stand up to the test, so we let the trail do the talking. Sculpted and molded by the fires of rigorous wheeling in Northern California, we’re confident our designs meet the standards set by the trail. No one else.
Humble Beginnings
it all started with a grille
In 2017 we sought out to make the first aftermarket TRD Pro Style grille for the 5th gen 4Runner. Our sights set on that goal, and we had 3 requirements, Made in America, cut costs over OEM, and Have the best fitment on the market. We were able to achieve all 3! Started with making a vacuum-formed mold in our home garage, but we quickly realized we would need to scale quickly. So, we found a manufacturer in Auburn, CA to help us with that. In late 2017 we launched our first grille, and have been the best-selling grille on the market ever since.
In 2020 we made the decision to expand our product line and begin offering fabricated products. We took our 20+ years of experience in the offroad industry and wanted to bring the best designs we could conjure up. We pour our heart and soul into everything we offer and are very humbled to have the chance to be a part of you offroad journey.
